Cape Keraudren is 110 kms away at the south end of Eighty mile beach. There are many camping areas here, most with toilet facilities and dump points. We chose to camp on the cliff top over looking the water. The jagged cliffs are embedded with shells and coral and the rock pools are quite fascinating. I have never seen so many clam shells before. Here we met a lovely couple Stuart and Kate and their 3 young children. From our cliff top camps we watched as Stuart took his tinny out for a fish and surprising all of us he was surrounded by manta rays feeding. What a great sight to see. Cape Keraudren is stunning but be warned the midges can get bad so be prepared.

We stayed further down at Pardoo Station for one night which has all your facilities and a swimming pool. You can fish at secluded tidal creeks, bird watch or drive out for a walk along the beach which we did and came across this Mud Crab ( catch of the day ).

Moving on to Port Headland we stayed at the Discovery Park which overlooks a winding creek and also has a pool to cool off in and enjoy. We met up with Stuart and Kate again and enjoyed some adventures with them. We went on a seafarers tour which starts with a quick presentation at the center followed by a lap around the harbor in one of their Seafarers Launch Service boats while they pick up seafarers (from their ships)wanting to go to the center for personal supplies or just wanting a break away from the ship for a couple of hours. What a great service they supply and we really enjoyed the tour. 
While in Port Headland we went fishing in our tinny and caught some good Mackeral and Golden Trevally in the entrance to the harbor and explored up some of the creeks.
